We knew that it’s vital that a professional financial services company, who deals with people’s investments, represent itself in the most professional and trusting manner possible. Through our strategic exploration stage, we interviewed customers, employees and owners. We also did a full SEO analysis of the old site. After analyzing the data we redesigned the site’s information architecture to better serve the key users of the website. We then designed a brand new visual look and feel that conveyed a calming and knowledgable expert feel. Combined with new technical features, like a new YouTube video library and a professional events management tool, the new website achieved the goals we set. Not to mention it stood above and beyond industry competitors’ sites.
