Going Interactive is looking for that perfect Interactive Developer. Agency experience required.

This position involves forward thinking, creativity, and the desire to widen your perspective as a new media developer. You will be asked to combine design, content, navigation, motion graphics, and usability to create a powerful and integrated experience for the end-user. You will be expected to understand the client’s needs and work harmoniously with a creative director, to ensure client expectations and project goals are met.

We’re looking for someone who has a clean approach to development and design and pays close attention to the details. We want someone honest, dependable, positive, and constructive. Someone who is driven, works under tight deadlines, focuses under pressure, and doesn’t mind 10 rounds of edits. Besides all that, you must have a great sense of humor and enjoy what you do. Experience working with B2C brands is a plus.

Job Requirements:
Skills include: Flash 8 (Action Scripting), ALL about web development apps (CSS, ASP, PHP, HTML, AJAX, DHTML) Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, After Effects. Additional bonus skills include: DVD Studio, video editing, PowerPoint, and other interactive applications.

2-4 years experience in the agency/design world, with an ideal focus in new media / web / flash / video / viral marketing.
