Georgia Tax Breaks Offered to Game Developers

According to an article on theweekly.com Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue has signed into law the “2008 Entertainment Industry Investment Act” which is designed to encourage entertainment productions in GA.

The 20% tax credit for qualified productions are also eligible for an additional 10% credit if they include and animated Georgia promotional logo in the finished projects.

AND this also applies to video game productions.
(not just movies, etc produced in GA)
