Where did Atlanta based civil litigation law firm SBQT&L, LLP turn to get a unconventional fresh approach to their company website?

After interviewing a few different web designers SBQT&L choose Going Interactive for their Atlanta law firm website design project. Their feeling was that GI, with our wide variety of high quality and award-winning B2C and B2B website and video work could give them a fresh and different look than they might have gotten from a traditional “law firm” web designer.
The new SBQT&L.com launched last month and we think the result proves it.
This Atlanta law firm website design project began earlier this year when the firm’s partners took a look their website and the websites of some of their peers and realized the time had come for major website overhaul. Their website looked extremely dated visually and the fact that they had very old (and small) partner and attorney photos on it was not helping to reflect the firms “brand” of outstanding service and case experience in their key practice areas.
Aside from the visual aspect, the content of the old website was also in need of an overhaul for clarity and consistency. Lastly, it was very difficult for SBQT&L to update the content on the website. They had to rely on a third party group to make updates from them and post news and articles.
Going Interactive absorbed all of the desires and requirements for this Atlanta law firm website deign project and began work. (Check out our Portfolio post)
A new information architecture for the website was devised that would allow for SEO friendly navigation terms and content areas. After that the switch was made to visual design. This included a new “responsive” graphical layout, a new color palette, new font specs, a new logo approach and even an art directed photography session with the partners and attorneys so that GI could ensure quality stylized imagery across all aspects of the site. Coinciding with the visual design was copywriting and editing of content and bios for clarity and consistency.
All pieces came together in the final coding and development of the website in a open-source CMS that would allow SBQT&L to easily update news and post articles.
The end result is something SBQT&L, LLP is proud of. A fresh professional new website where all elements work together effectively communicate the personality, expertise and professionalism of the firm in an engaging manner.
